Steps:
1/8 Clean the Filthy Beaker and return to Annia Severa so she can check your work.
Refine 2 Chromium Ore and 3 Sulphur to make Acid Bath
Refine Acid Bath and the Filthy Beaker to make the Pristine Beaker.

2/8 Sterilize a Petri Dish and bring it to Annia Severa.
Refine one Minosium and the Sterilized Petri Dish to make a Radiated Petri Dish.

3/8 Prepare a Vegetative Propogation Experiment by introducting Vacuum Stalk Roots to a Nutrient Gell. Show your work to Annia Severa.
Refine Nitrogen and Grail water to make Nutrient Gell.
Refine Minosium and a Sterilized Beaker to make a Radiated Beaker.
Refine the Nutrient Gell, the Radiated Beaker, and two Vacuum Stalks to make the Vegetative Propogation Experiment.

4/8 Gather 3 Samples of Ourboros Eggs and take them to Caius Baro in the Valkyre Twins Sector
Shoot the lvl 38+ Ourboros Worms and gather three eggs, take them to Caius Baro in the Remote Mine Field in VT.

5/8 Create Storm Gull Cloning Kit and demonstrate to Annia Severa your understanding of somatic cell nuclear transfer.
Go shoot some Bloody Stinking Gulls! and get them wings
Refine one Minosium and a Sterilized Reagent Bottle to make a Radiated Reagent Bottle.
Refine Dry Ice, one Gull Wing, and the Radiated Reagent Bottle to make the Storm Gull Specimen.
Refine one Minosium and a Sterilized Petri Dish to make a Radiated Petri Dish.
Now go to the manufacture terminal.. Build a Storm Gull Cloning Kit from the Plasma Convert Max, the Sunburst Fusion Core, the Storm Gull Specimen, and the Radiated Petri Dish. (Components->Computer->Electronics)

6/8 Take the Mutated biostructs to Drusus Bellator at the Mutation Viability Field Lab. (Near Detention Center Onorum, Asteroid Belt Gamma)
Take the biostructs Annia gives you to Drusus Bellator outside OMP. Yes, it's that big red ball of laser lights.. a habitat, really..

7/8 Prepare a Viable Mutation and demonstrate your knowledge to Drusus Bellator.
Refine one Zoisium, two Minosium, two Bromide, and one Potassium.
Refine one Minosium with a Sterilized Graduated Cylinder to make a Radiated Graduated Cylinder.
Refine one Minosium with a Sterilized Test Tube to make a Radiated Test Tube.
Refine two Fluorine, two Bromide, and one Potassium to make a Chem Stim.
Refine the Juoona Brain, Scuttle Wing, Zoisium, Radiated Graduated Cylinder, Radiated Test Tube, and Chem Stim to make a Viable Mutation Strain A1

8/8 Construct an Interpolative Gene Remapping Apparatus and return to Annia Severa for your final exam.
Now this is where the race came in Go to N7 to pick up a L4 Electro D4 SuperInducer. Then head over to F7 and pick up a L7 Quark Quantum Brain and Nova Armored Vault. Then build the L4 Interpolative Gene Remapping Apparatus and head for Arduinne to take your final exam
You will recieve your very own call forward, equip it, target yourself, and activate to hear that happy sound "New skill obtained!"

Special Notes:
It seems pretty random, but Annia and Drusus may send you back to re-do some of the items, so go ahead and buy/loot the extra amounts noted above. You just may need it, and it will save you tons of time from having to go all the way across the galaxy and back just to get more Warning to you though, there were a few reports of people having to re-do things three times..
